The king of Topps' special brands is of course the Chrome line, and this low-mintage Composite Chrome Autographs Orange Wave Refractor displays the line's visual appeal with crisp, unsurpassable quality. Drafted with the second overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the 2023 Heisman finalist has enjoyed an incredible rookie year, tossing for 3,631 yards and 20 touchdowns against only five interceptions. On Nov. 5, 2023, Stroud threw for an unbelievable 470 yards, five touchdowns, and no picks against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a 39-37 shootout victory.
